"Hotel location was ok. Longer walk to the beach than most however. The desk person that checked me in was very unfriendly. No smiles from anyone and didn't seem to care if we were staying there or not! Also after I checked in and paid she said I needed to go over to finish my checkin process with an individual at a table who was simply trying to sell entertainment packages which I refused after a few questions. NOT really a part of a check in process! Then we went to the room after dinner and the entire hallway was dark! No lights to even seen the room numbers! Very unsafe to not have the light bulbs working for guests! Also our room phone didn't work so I called the front desk with my cell phone. Maintenance did come up and fix the phone and put a light bulb in outside our room. But these issues show further lack of concern for your guests! Also we were told to call the front desk if we needed anything so the second day no new towels were left so we called the front desk and asked for 4 towels to be brought to our room and she said I could come down and pick them up! No a professional practice to make your guests feel welcome . Anyway I wasn't very satisfied with this stay. I've been to PCB about a dozen times over the years and never experienced such a lack of concern anywhere we've stayed like this!"

"Expedia said there was breakfast served. The lovely person behind the front desk apologized. They had a sign posted that between Expedia and management. They have notified Expedia that there is no breakfast. This should’ve been updated on Expedia.! The bed was comfy. Granted they were under construction, but it was very quiet in the evening. "

"Air condition didn’t work,room door wasn’t closing properly,I was being bitten in the sheets,but couldn’t see what was Biting me,the strong weed sent from the other rooms or hall was coming into my room, but the pool and hot tub were pretty clean,also the breakfast was really good."

"Very noisy hotel. Harley Davidson motorcycles cruised the streets until past midnight every night, creating a lot of noise and making it impossible to sleep. I've stayed at hotels at the end of an airport runway that were not as loud. The hotel needs to put up concrete walls at the edge of the property to deflect the noise, or install triple-glazed windows."
