Beautiful hotel! Very friendly staff and a beautiful room. And in the perfect location to walk everywhere in Yellow Springs. The only downside was that the HVAC system in the room is noisy and the rooms could be more soundproof. We have been here before this visit and we will visit again. And their ...

Seemed to be a lot of weekly and/or permanent customers staying here. Exterior area had lots of trash, liquor and beer bottles on the ground. Overall, average to poor experience
