"rooms need lots of work tv remote didn't work took forever to replace room was freezing check in was a night mare had to get cash machine wasn't working next door smoked one foot away from my door snow removal 4 a.m.some kinda animals in ceils toilet ran have to jiggle handle lots of drama with people checking in clerk not available"
