"Overall a good experience. Breakfast was just above average as was the room. Hot water was lacking, but the view made up for many of the deficiencies. Spectacular. Pedro was a great host, but some other staff were less than friendly. Parking very convenient and walkability to Buzios centro and Joao Fernandes beach was good. Pool was very pleasant."

"A estadia foi boa na Pousada João Fernandes. Um ponto de atenção é a quantidade de vagas disponíveis. Ao reservar, fui informado que havia estacionamento gratis sem manobrista no local. Ao chegar, descobri que a pousada possui 20 quartos e apenas 8 vagas. E para piorar, duas delas ficam "reservadas para os donos". "This hotel had an incredible view. There isn’t much there, everything is far and it is up a very big climb. The incredible view does make the climb and inconvenience worth it though. Nobody really talked to me there, my room was ok but in need of some repairs. I don’t think it was worth the money paid to stay here.
