"The staff was really nice and very helpful. The facilty was also really nice and very well kept. It was too cold for the pool but, it looked very clean. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We did think the shower needed a good scrubbing- the shower floor was very dirty. Also, make sure you check for supplies immediately. We only had 1 roll offs toilet paper for our entire stay, one lamp didn't have a light bulb and the other was blown out but, as soon as we asked they have us the supplies right away. Somebody was at the desk all night. The continental breakfast was nice; your average continental- toast, cereal, bagels. We didn't touch the oranges or apples as they were both mushy and expired. Other than those couple minor things, that were quickly fixed, the place is a great weekend stay. "

"The room appeared clean, but had a smell as if it had been smoked in, even though it was non smoking. Every time we walked out of the room or to the car, we would smell marijuana really bad. This is an extended stay so people live there but there should be rules for them. People were just walking around property in bath robes, no shirts, dogs off leashes, etc. I get it may be their temporary home, but It’s still a hotel stay for the rest of us so there should have been rules for those kinds of things. With that being said, we didn’t feel comfortable and checked out the same day. Little to no amenities. One small bottle of shampoo- no conditioner, body wash or hair dryer. So we would have needed to go and spend more money on those things from a store had we continued our stay there but we left the first night and never stayed. The staff was friendly, but it was everything else around us that could use some work. "

"Everything was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly, everyone seemed to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. The beds were super comfortable, very clean rooms with housekeeping service whenever you need it. The breakfast was good, and the complimentary hot tea and coffee 24/7 was so nice to have. Overall, we will definitely be staying here again for any future visits. Thank you to the amazing staff! "

"Bathroom dirty, half of roll of toilet paper, room was never clean during the staying. Rooms supposed to be smoke free and the cigarette smell was horrible and I am asmathic and have to get therapy. So far worst hotel I even stayed in the Covington area. The staff was very friendly "

"The parking sucked. Couldn't get parking on most nights. We were forced to park at the racetrack next door but heres the kicker... I suffer from moderate spinal stenosis and i cant even walk or sit up until an hour after ive taken my pain meds. Im a very clean person and anytime we've ever stayed at a hotel, bc of my compromised immune system, i spray everything down with disinfectant spray, wipe every surface, clean the tub, sweep and mop the floors and change the bed linens from theirs to mine. My husband had meetings from 7am until 4pm everyday and usually id spend my mornings napping bc i dont sleep very well at nighf bc im in so much pain. Housekeeping would come around every other day and bc i couldn't walk to the door, i would just tell them that i didn't need their services bc i waa cleaning the room. They all had very heavy accents so there was a language barrier of sorts. On Wednesday, 3.27.26 i had refused the Housekeeping services and before i knew it the manager was knocking on the door demanding that i let him in. We exchanged a few words but ultimately i ended up calling my husband and asked him to defuse the situation. He did and called me bk to tell me to make it over to the door and unlock it so i did. It was a while b4 the manager came bk so i called our daughtee in tears bc i was unable to simply exist without the pain taking my breath away. She immediately started on her way to me.
