"Concierge and reception staff were very good. Hotel is in a lousy location and has no beach or water access, yet the view is impaired by a jetty and a commercial marina. Food was mostly unimaginative and mediocre. Overall it was not a good value at all."

"Ideal hotel for a stay in Palermo, centrally located for all the main sites. Perfect air conditioning throughout, comfortable areas to sit. Breakfast couldn’t be better with tremendous choice in a beautiful dining room. Room kept very clean and all staff welcoming, friendly and helpful."
