"Stayed here with a group . Staff lovely, nice bar, snack bar and pool areas. Room was nice but on closer inspection there were hairs on the unit and floors not swept well. Our room wasn't cleaned the first day and again floor not swept the second day. Choice of food for breakfast was excellent, only 1 person cooking eggs, omelette etc so quite a queue. Too many tables packed into the restaurant so moving about was difficult. This is a big hotel and I found breakfast far too busy and noisy. Otherwise we had a great stay"

"This was the best hotel experience my wife have ever had. The property was amazing. The staff decorated and upgraded our room once I let them know we were celebrating our anniversary. Included breakfast menu was full of choices and the room with the sea view was amazing. Private beach access was great. Looking forward to coming back again!"

"This was our second time in this property and it will not be the last. The service exceeded expectations. The staff in the housekeeping staff, front desk and restaurants were super nice and kind. The good vibe put on by Chelli from Charallave, Roberto, and all the staff (i did not write down the names) were all incredible. The property is in great condition and perfect maintenance. Room service was always super fast. The breakfast buffet is huge with so many options. Really impressive. Plus for kitchen staff. We already discussed returning next summer. Thanks for making this a great couple vacation."

"We’ve stayed here twice now and book it solely for the location. The hotel itself is definitely not a standard 4 star class- more like a 3 star. Hotel is outdated and could do with a renovation. But that doesn’t matter at all for us because the location is outstanding. Pay extra for a sea view room- wish we had the first time we went. And don’t eat at the hotel. We’ve not eaten there but drinks are so slow. Painfully slow. The Boat House is incredible as is Vincenzo’s pizza (owned by the same people). You do need a car I would say and parking can be tricky, although wasn’t as bad in September as it was in June. We always managed to get a space but sometimes had a 10 min walk back to the hotel from the car park up the road and up a hill."

"The room was very clean but my toilet smelt like cigarettes and drained pipes. The staff are friendly though there was an issue over a towel. They couldn’t find the deposit receipt, and accused one of friends of taking it only to find the receipt later. They didn’t really apologise, which is actually the only reason why I am leaving this review. Mistakes are made, we are all human, but an apology to a paying customer can go along way."

"Fantastic stay at Giri Residence! Hola! Thank you so much for hosting us at the Giri Residence . We had a fantastic stay. The facilities were lovely, and Omar and Lucia were excellent hosts who really made our time there very enjoyable. We stayed in the Bougainvillier suite, and it was amazing. Giri residence is a beautiful mix of Moroccan and Balinese style, very peaceful and romantic. Highly recommend!"
