"The room, bathroom and restaurant were very clean and the beds comfortable with fresh linens. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The sausages had been sitting too long and the mass produced egg and hash browns were very unappetizing. There was a decent selection for breakfast overall. The photos make the hotel look quite spacious when in actual fact it is quite small. The room was small but adequate. A fridge in the room would have been appreciated. Cleanliness was more important. It was well maintained inside and out. The staff were friendly."

Welcome & Hospitality: We received a warm and genuine welcome upon arrival. The owner went above and beyond—providing not only all the necessary information but also taking the time to personally show us around the property and answer all our questions. His knowledge of the surrounding area and local offerings was excellent and added real value to our stay. Room & Comfort: Our room was exactly what we were hoping for—spacious, comfortable, and with a romantic atmosphere. I typically don’t sleep well away from home, but in this case, I slept exceptionally well, which speaks volumes about the comfort and tranquility. Amenities & Cleanliness: Everything was spotless. We especially appreciated the small beverage area, which was thoughtfully stocked. Even when I woke up at 4 a.m., I was able to make tea, and later prepare coffee for my partner when they woke up. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room, with its original farmstead charm, created a warm and inviting ambiance that made the experience even more enjoyable.
