We really enjoyed our stay with a newborn child. Bet and Poppy were very courteous, Zoe in reception was also amazing. We felt extremely welcomed so thank you. The breakfast was just sublime. Just a few bits of other feedback. The ventilation in the bathroom is quite poor, the bed mattress was also uneven making sleeping uncomfortable. Overall, we will come back again and stay.

Karen and Graham made us feel so welcomed. Hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location next to the beach and harbour. Also close to some great restaurants.

A lovely b&b. Absolutely perfect for us. Would recommend anyone.

Arrived on Friday 3rd November and greeted by excellent weather for the time of year and was greeted by Geoff the owner who was suprised to see who was arriving as we had previously visited and stayed at the bed and breakfast under a different name in August where my wife and I spent our honeymoon. On both this and the other two times that we have had the pleasure of staying at this bed and breakfast Geoff, Chris and their staff have always been very polite, extremely helpful with a good...

Welcoming from the start with a pot of tea on arrival. Beautiful decor with homely feeling. Room and bed very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious - and all locally sourced where possible. Convenient for the town but need a car really to get down to the promenade. With ample street and some off road parking this wasn't an issue. Free wi-fi a bonus. Would definitely return.

A fantastic stay at Chapter 1. Perfect location, beautiful room and breakfast. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended.

We just arrived home after great stay at The Anchorage Weymouth and have to say it was One of the Best Hotels we have been to and we go to Weymouth a lot. Our hosts Sarah&Jamie were warm and friendly Our room was spacious and very clean really good shower in ensuite bed very comfortable and great view of the harbour from our window. And finally breakfast plentiful and very nice.

Friendly and very helpfull staff. They even dried my wet clothes. Not perfect location but buses nearby

We recently stayed at Acqua Beach Hotel in Weymouth and had a lovely experience overall. It’s a nice, small place that feels welcoming and well-kept. The room was very clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. The staff were all fantastic, always smiling, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Breakfast was really nice, with a good system where you order the night before (before 11 pm). The food itself was great, although the serving time felt a bit...

Lovely little gem of a hotel. Within walking distance to everything we wanted. Melaney was lovely and couldn’t have done enough for us. The homemade banana bread in the room on arrival was a lovely touch. Breakfast was superb and there were plenty of options including the option to have takeaway breakfast prepared to eat on the beach. We will be back soon!

We had a wonderful night at Aaran Guesthouse, Hyacinth was an absolute gem, very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and cosy, with an amazing view of the bay. The fridge in the room was handy for keeping our drinks cool. The breakfast was very nice. We would love to stay again in the future.

very close to beach and all amenities, harbour, shops and resturaunts

Great location. short walk to beach, old town and marina area. Hosts very friendly. Excellent value for money. Robbed of the win in Four in a bed. (2018)

It was very nice that we had been saved a parking space and the host was there to take my case. Very nice room clean and well thought out and even an iron and ironing board .

We were allowed in a bit early as we came by train. The owner Sue is super friendly as were her staff We were right on the beach and could leave the sash windows open for air and to hear the sea. Breakfast was hot and excellent and it’s right next to 2 restaurants with a corner shop behind. The main Sandy beach is only 10 minutes away and the shops are only 15 minutes away Perfect

Cannot fault with hotel but we found that the toilet brush was not clean but lovely stay

Single room was suitable with everything i needed for my stay. Tea/coffee/tv. And an amazing breakfast and host, to finish my 1 night stay.
