This place was great! Breakfast was great, staff was so friendly. We will Def be coming back there!! It was so clean, the only thing that sucked was paying 35$ a day for parking in your lot when we already s paid for the hotel.

The hotel was great, very friendly staff. I did not realize check out was at 11am, and a staff member knocked on my door too assertively at 11:08 am. I would prefer a 12pm check out, other than that, my experience here was great.

We stayed at Hyatt House one night. It was clean, pleasant, friendly staff. The free breakfast was outstanding. Our only problem and the reason for four stars instead of five was the parking situation. To park in their garage was an additional $35. To park our car in the parking garage across the street was $1/hour. To park our car free on the street if we were lucky enough to find an open spot was fine but we would have to move it by 9 the next morning. That was a complication we didn't expect and we had to plan accordingly. Otherwise our stay was satisfactory. The breakfast server Lena was particularly helpful.

The room was clean, the building was new and nice, the staff were friendly, but the heater took a while to heat up and the worst thing was the fan blew directly to the head of the bed, right into our faces. Contacts went dry and had to be removed, making it hard to see the tv and we had to decide to deal with the cold or the air blowing in our faces. We decided to deal with the cold. Not a pleasant experience.
