I booked two nights, arriving Thursday and leaving Saturday. Before a business meeting had at noon across town, I was called by the front desk asking me why I hadn't checked out yet. I told her because I booked two nights and wasn't checking out til Saturday. She said I was wrong and was only staying one night. So I had to drive back to the hotel and straighten it out. I pulled up my confirmation on my phone and she didn't know what to say. She then called the manager and he said it was a computer glitch. A very vague excuse. I was lat to my meeting to straighten out THEIR computer glitch.
The room also had dirty with a half cup of Starbucks coffee sitting on the night stand next to the bed. There was also a large red stain on the carpet next to the bed and hair on the wall of the shower.
I stayed at this hotel several times in the past and the rooms have always been clean. I noticed that all three people I dealt with were new. I saw none of the front desk people I usually see. So I can only assume the hotel is under new management.
I don't believe I'll be staying there again.
