Staff went above and beyond. We had an amazing view. No traffic or airplane sounds. Wish the guy in cowboy boots upstairs would have taken them off at 10 pm or even midnight..or stopped pacing. Parking was tight. I'd stay again if I was back in Portland!

Likes: Very courteous and friendly front-desk staff that were extremely helpful in meeting our needs (special recognition to Derrick and Mar); very comfortable and spacious room well-equipped with amenities, great location in close walking distance to shopping and dining, and to Washington Park, reasonable room rates. Did not like: Very tight parking spaces at the Suites (we regularly parked across the street at the Inn, which had wider parking spaces), less than satisfactory housekeeping service (often forgot to replenish required toiletries and towels).

The price for a room with a kitchen and living area is great. Well taken care of. I would normally avoid staying anywhere this poputated but had a medical procedure nearby and family to visit so decided to find a place in walking distance of their place as parking in the area is scarce. The place is pet friendly and they don't charge you extra for your pet. That's a Big plus. They do want you to let them know when checking in so they can put you in an appropriate room and staff with pet allergies don't get scheduled to clean your room.

Property was within great walking distance of dining and shopping. Had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. Parking was a little tricky and the rooms could use some updating but everything was maintained excellently.
