"The staff during mid day check in wasn't welcoming. I forgot to get her name, ( young woman with glasses and pinkish hair) working the afternoon shift ,was very helpful and professional."

"We were in town for a wedding. Very happy with not just the convenient location to everything, but the staff is amazing… from Valet to rooftop bar, every single staff member was friendly and helpful. The Bloody Mary from Urban Farmer was one of the best I ever had. As was the “shrimp toast” in rooftop Departure restaurant and bar. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Portland close to everything. Valet team/service made our stay 5-star. Without their hard work (crowd control, car retrieval, opening doors, loading bags, directing rides, travel tips, I can go on and on) this would be 4 star."

"Room was clean, though the partition I'd been led to believe was there from the site photos was not a true partition--a break in the wall in one area and then an open space with a flat-screen TV in it made it difficult to keep light out of the other side of the room for when our youngest was trying to go to sleep while the rest of us stayed up. And while it's possible I missed this detail when booking, it would have been nice to know that their bar/restaurant is closed for dinner two nights a week and that our overnight stay fell in that two-day window. The kids loved it though, and the pool was fun to use. Not a bad stay overall."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is absolutely great and accommodating very helpful. My daughter and I were there for a WNBA game. The location was perfect and parking was easy to find on the street. Will definitely stay again."
