Hyatt Place Portland Downtown - Old Port Square
Room was very clean and staff were professional and nice. Hotel is under construction so amenities were lacking. Personal preference: bed was hard and pillows were tiny. Super walkable though which we love!

Canopy by Hilton Portland Waterfront
The hotel is pretty basic, but overpriced. I burned myself (blisters) from hot tea. The staff did not respond until I asked for first aid supplies. Accidents happen, how a company responds decides whether the customer returns. I won’t be returning here.

Hilton Garden Inn Portland Downtown Waterfront
Unfortunately there were little black flies coming out of the sink at night…disconcerting at best. Room was on 6th floor, possibly pre-renovation. The view was spectacular (Eastern facing) and although small, we loved the pool. Our room was fine for the great price but the bathroom sink flies were ...

The receptionist was very rude. Needs to go back to school to learn how to talk to people all she said was your room ready till 3 o’clock very mean she could’ve said happy Valentine’s Day. It won’t be ready till 3 o’clock thank you
