"Very easy to check in, the room was clean and cozy, the common areas were also very cozy and well-stocked with everything you could need, especially the kitchen. The restaurant next door was a bit loud at peak time of the evening, but that quieted down by the time we wanted to sleep and from then on it was nice and quiet. "I did not like any of it ! The staff was not helpful at all. As I entered my room there were things broken off the wall and on floor. The door lock was on the floor had been broken off the door I stepped on the screw and it punctured my foot. When i took the pieces down to the front desk and they just stared at them and said thank you. It was late at night and i had numerous meetings for the next 3 days. I decided not to make a scene. "I arrived and was told there was an extra $30 per day for my dog the website says dogs are free and the place looked awful. Broken vehicles in the lot etc. The manager told me if I chose not to stay he wouldn’t charge me and understood. Then I was charged the full amount for all 3 days!"

"The room had a sofa with numerous unusual stains, the bathroom light fixture was in disrepair, and the bathroom door was covered in significant graffiti. There were also cockroaches present, which I had to eliminate due to concerns about them entering my luggage. The online images did not accurately represent the property I rented. "Our room has been updated and was wonderful & comfortable. However, the " wood" floors were not cleaned for awhile! My white socks were filthy. Great hot breakfast! Don't miss it! Pool, hot tub and area looked well cared for. Only 7 min. drive to airport but a shot of country around it. Hall carpet has some stains and outdoor " smoking " & relaxing gazebo could be cleaned up better & more attractive for all. Bottom line, I'd still stay here again."

So had to wait for an elevator to go the 11th floor, and these are easily the slowest elevators I've ever used, and hallways were SO HOT, like the heat was literally on...
