Os quartos sao espaçosos e claros. O banheiro também espaçoso (era banheiro acessível a pcd, nao saberia dizer se todos sao acessíveis, nem porque nos colocaram num quarto assim...) o hotel é muito bom, oferece o que de fato diz no anuncio, porém no check-in eu eu havia chegado antes do horário e só pensava em deixar as malas na recepção, mas o funcionário disse que havia apartamento disponível porém cobrando uma taxa que daria meia diária do que eu paguei, claro que não aceitei. Eu achei muito estranho, em nenhum local que me hospedei antes, nunca cobraram por entrar antes do horário e sim cobrar para a extensão da estadia no check out e não no check-in

Ao check in, faltou cordialidade ao passarem um homem na minha frente, que chegou comigo, mas eu sou mulher. Faltou cordialidade do funcionário. Além disso, fora a cordialidade e viés de genero, o homem é estrangeiro, o processo de check in foi muito mais demorado que o meu que já estive anteriormente no hotel, e o sistema já contia todas minhas informações. Ao entrar no quarto, a trava de segurança da porta estava quebrada, o que evidencia uma falha de manutenção e uma possível negligência com itens básicos de segurança. Esse tipo de problema compromete a sensação de conforto e confiança que se espera ao se hospedar em um hotel, principalmente para uma mulher. Ao tentar contato com a recepção, constatei que o telefone do quarto não funcionava, dificultando ainda mais a comunicação com a equipe do hotel.
