"The check in was tremendous. We arrived early ( early flight) and the staff made us feel welcome as we needed a rest. We were asleep by 11:30am! Weather was a little cool for enjoying the pool, but it looked inviting. We were served a glass of port before we retired that evening. And the complimentary breakfast was truly delicious! "

"This is was a great one night stay before catching a flight home. Easy 20 min drive to the airport. Hotel is right on the water and has an amazing sunset view from the roof. The roof has a bar restaurant and a pool. We were there in March and the pool was heated with a glass roof. We had a room with bunk bed like beds for the kids and they loved it. I think they have a garage, but there was plenty of street parking. The staff were wonderful. I would definitely recommend "

"The appartment is located along steep steps, which means no traffic at your front door, but if you are with people less able to walk up or down the steep steps (with luggage or without) this appartment may not be for you. "The apartment is located about 3-4 km from the city center in a rather unfriendly neighborhood. Trash was being stored right under our windows- every morning a garbage truck would arrive and wake us up. The coffee machine was assembled from mismatched parts, making it impossible to actually fit a cup underneath. On the plus side, the white towels were soft. Also, be aware that the apartment requires a security deposit; it took five days for us to receive the refund."

When are called the number for the 24hour emergency no one picked up but it was supposed to be 24h emergency. "I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. Many amenities need to be paid (even the tea bags and sugar packets are not free). The bed sheets and towels are very thin and rough. They only switch towels and bedsheets every 3 days. One day the cleaning lady didn’t even start cleaning our room until 4pm which we declined because we were in the room.
