"Breakfast menu was great. Amenities were fabulous. Rooms were clean and cleaning staff was great. I wish there was a hot tub and sauna available for families to use (it was available but for over 18 only)."
"We had a wonderful stay at Reid's Palace. The staff went above and beyond, the hotel is stunning and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. "

"Great central location with lots of restaurants and ocean trails nearby. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots to choose from and an egg and pancake cook."
"Newly renovated Or it seemed, A few pools and great free spa (not massges just amenities) Hotel convenience was excellent. Walk most places and local bus’s were plentiful as were tour bus’s at bottom of hill. Staff was fantastic and There is a mall just around the corner with a Pingo grocery store and clothing shops/fast food.. Last and certainly not least staff was excellent and attentive. Francisco at the front desk was a stand out, he went above and beyond and made our stay that much better."
"Overall experience was mixed with a few irritations. The hotel is below 4 star standard. The decor, with a contrived party theme is incredibly ugly, with stupid neon quotes, garish colours, plastic ducks and non stop video of parties. When we were there, average customer age was at best in the 40s. Clearly not appropriate. Rooms are of a good size and comfortable with, for us, very nice sea view. But, again, a number of small things not right, ie no cupboard for clothes, shower overflowing easily and, for us, audible noise from the party music on the top floor bar. Breakfast could be nice but juices are artificial and vile. The only coffee available is awful instant coffee. Finally, most of the time, lobby was empty of staff. It could be much better but, for what it is, it was mediocre value for money."
By going with a hostel, you can reduce your spending on lodging and use more of your budget for going out during your stay. If you're hoping to enjoy the natural surroundings, you can check out the sea views while you're here.
