Clean, comfortable, spacious and well maintained room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good location. Close to shops , restaurants and bars. Train and bus was also easily accessible. The only issues was that it can get noisy at night, if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs and you’ll be fine.

A small, quiet, characterful hotel blending antique and contemporary styling. The rooms are quite spacious and there are a number of attractive, comfortable public spaces including a terrace and small garden. Excellent location near Trindade Metro station and local bars, bakery and restaurants literally at the end of the street. We appreciated the late check-in facility through the lock box. Natalia was very amiable, helpful and spoke excellent English. Room 4 has a delightful private terrace overlooking Porto

Casa 45 is in a brilliant location for exploring the local area. Our host was super helpful, sending recommendations of where to eat and visit, we arrived early but could leave our luggage and checked in quickly after. We were in room 1, which was lovely and spacious with a comfy bed. The room was made up each day. The only downside was the street noise at night, from around 12- 3am on the Friday and Saturday ( not the owners fault of course) and the noise from the room above ( wooden floors creaking from occupants above) wearing earplugs is a must. A kettle in the room would be a welcome addition.

The young lady taking care of the property, Camila, was fantastic. She went out of the way to make us feel at home, and her breakfast was very good. In addition, the location of the facility is excellent, and we recommend it.

The self check in procedure was excellent, the members of staff were very friendly but not intrusive. I mistakenly thought the breakfast was included in the room price, but accepted when I was asked to pay for it. Plenty of food choice, and good quality.

The location of the accommodation is a bit of a walk from central Porto and is located in a dead end street where you think it would be quite, we stayed over a weekend and the Saturday night the noise was terrible and went on until around 4:00am. It is a narrow road with multiple story homes either side and the noise echoes, we were located on the 1st Floor. The accommodation itself is more like a Bed and Breakfast with no facilities. The room is a reasonable size but could have been cleaner. There was a used bathroom towel left on the back of the door from the previous travellers , the floor needed a vacuum and the bathroom tiles a good clean. There was a dining area on the 1st floor that had a port class on a table that had been used and was there for our whole stay. On the positive side the bed was comfortable and our second night no so noisy.

L'emplacement est génial, nous avions la chambre 4 avec une terrasse et vue sur les toits de Porto, exceptionnel, même par temps de pluie. Il ne faut pas avoir peur des escaliers quand on vient a porto, a casa 45 c'est pareil. Ca en vaut largement la peine. L'équipe est incroyable de gentillesse, parlant plusieurs langues dont le français, elles sont flexibles, réactives bref au top. Le seul bémol est que ca manquerait une pointe de fraicheur pour que ce soit parfait. Autrement ca reste une très bonne adresse, au calme, pratique pour dîner avec de bonnes adresses a proximité.
