"Fantastic hotel, just be aware of what you are getting. The amenities were amazing, sauna, bathrooms etc, the only downside was I felt I had to be very quiet because sound carries a lot. It ended up being fine, but it was a great place to stay with an amazing location!"

"Breakfast: Cold eggs, coffee rather horrible. Bathroom toiletries with bad chemicals. Otherwise very pleasant stay. Room nicely decorated. Helpful staff. Airport shuttle excellent."

"We had a great experience with our stay. I did not get the girl’s name who checked us in but she did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to answer questions for us about getting to the airport, visiting the city center, etc. Our room was nice, comfortable and clean. "

"Rooms very modern and immaculate ....towels / bedding excellent Hotel reception area ....immaculate...andvplenty of staff on hand Breakfast had something for everyone and was only 13 euros ! ...buffet style and eat as much you like Good location but still very quiet at night All in all fabulous hotel who hosted different nationalities who were all happy 10 / 10 Thankyou for our stay"

"We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Porto and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. However, there were a few service issues worth noting. Compared to another hotel from the same brand in Lisbon, the service here felt inconsistent. In Lisbon, bottled water was provided without issue, while in Porto we were told there would be a charge, even when requesting it directly at reception. Additionally, during our stay, housekeeping did not replenish tissue paper or vanity kits, and we had to request them ourselves. I’m sharing this feedback respectfully because the hotel has great potential, and improving consistency and housekeeping attention would enhance the guest experience."
