"I hated that I only booked one night in Rio and this hotel. The ambience was perfect, the view, everything and the staff amazing. It was great the receptionists spoke English as well. Will definitely rebook as it's easily accessible to the Novo Rio Terminal. Didn't wanna leave the hotel... Superb Breakfast"

"Pior hotel que já fiquei na vida, o banheiro era extremamente sujo e cheio de lodo nos azulejos, as tolhas manchadas e feias. Pedi toalhas limpas e nunca chegaram. Única coisa que se livra nesse hotel foi o café da manhã, o pessoal era educado e o café era bom. Havia um barulho agudo constante no andar, disseram que era um aparelho que ficava no corredor, isso me deu dor de cabeça. Enfim NAO recomendo esse hotel para ninguém. "
