Stayed at this hotel in early April, weather on the island was good and at this time of the year there's barely any other guests so me and my girlfriend had pretty much the hotel to ourselves. It was very easy to get to the hotel (1hr walk, 10 min taxi), the staff was really friendly and helpful, lunch and dinner were moderately expensive and you won't find many vegetarian options but breakfast was free—pastries, cereal, good Portuguese bread and pastries, fruit, scrambled eggs, good coffee,...
