O quarto estava sujo. Paredes sujas. O banheiro com o revestimento velho e mal lavado. Chuveiro elétrico de baixa qualidade. Bancada do banheiro rachada. Portas descascando. Pra você que quer descansar, esqueçam esse hotel. Hotel com preço muito em conta e que aceita excursões, fujam dele. Uma bagunça sem fim nos corredores, pelo visto não tem regras, escrevi essa opinião as 23hrs horas e parecia que tinha uma festa nos corredores promovidas por pessoas sem noção. Única coisa boa são as piscinas e o bar da piscina, café da manhã sempre a mesma coisa e desorganizado, pois entrei e não tinha mesa disponível. Uma exceção para a senhora que faz as tapiocas, um amor de pessoa. Do mais o hotel é bom, porém como eu disse, parece não existir regras no quesito silêncio, pelo menos podia ter após as 22hrs. Portas de todos os quartos parecem sem lubrificação, pois todo mundo que vai entrar nos quartos da pra ouvir a bagunça, então se quer sossego, não venha pra cá.

O atendimento na recepção no período da noite foi com muita rispidez. O chuveiro pode ser melhor sai pouca água. Precisei sair mais cedo um dia do período contratado e foi uma burocracia de ressarcimento, que no fim só tive desgaste e não foi resolvido o meu problema, disseram que o reembolso só poderia ser feito se tivesse atestado de óbito de alguém pq qualquer outro motivo q eu tivesse pra eles não seria o bastante pra resolver a questão. Não indico esse hotel apesar de ter um café da manhã muito bom, mas creio q deve ter outro hotel muito melhor e com o custo benefício excelente pq a diária desse foi muito cara comparado ao serviço prestado.

Experiência razoável. Vale apenas pela proposta de área de lazer grande. Boas piscinas. Para por aí. Recreação fraca. Quartos bem simples. Fomos colocados num quarto sem a menor condição de ficar. Após reclamarmos com o gerente fomos colocados em outro quarto ligeiramente melhor. Café da manhã bem simples . O cardápio do hotel é bem fraco, variedade e preços tanto que não animamos fazer nenhum pedido pra refeição. Não voltaria.
