PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA no Ramada Porto Seguro Fujam desse hotel! A experiência foi um verdadeiro pesadelo desde o check-in. Reservei o Ramada Porto Seguro pelas fotos e descrição no site, que mostravam um quarto moderno, limpo, com cortinas blackout, cama confortável e banheiro em boas condições. A realidade foi totalmente diferente. O quarto que recebi era horrível: • Cheiro fortíssimo de travesseiro usado • A cortina era de madeira, deixando o quarto claro e sem privacidade • Banheiro em péssimo estado, com azulejos quebrados e aparência de abandono • Cama extremamente desconfortável, com colchão afundado • Móveis velhos e mal conservados • Poeira acumulada e sensação de total desleixo Tentei resolver na hora: fui até a recepção, expliquei que o quarto não condizia em nada com o que havia sido vendido no site e pedi o reembolso, já que saí do hotel no MESMO momento do check-in. A resposta? Um total descaso. O atendimento foi frio, ríspido, e recusaram qualquer tipo de reembolso, mesmo eu tendo saído imediatamente e sequer usado o quarto. Alegaram que “o quarto é padrão e está em conformidade”, como se fosse normal enganar o cliente. É uma propaganda enganosa descarada, e o mínimo seria a devolução do valor pago. Nunca mais me hospedo em qualquer hotel da rede Ramada, e recomendo que pensem duas vezes antes de fazer o mesmo. Péssimo atendimento Quarto incompatível com o prometido

Tivemos problema no segundo dia da estádia, deixaram uma observação no quarto que ficaríamos sem água quente, que ás 15:00 h voltaria, retornarmos da praia as 18:00 e ainda não tinha regularizado o problema com o aquecimento da água, ficamos mais um tempo esperando resolver e nada, até que fizemos a reclamação com a recepção e com muito custo conseguimos trocar de quarto. E tivemos outro problema no mesmo dia com vazamento de água no box do banheiro, que percorreu até no fim da estádia, e fora o mal cheiro que subia da rede de esgoto dentro do banheiro.

Hotel muito confortável e com ótima localização. Café da manhã muito bom mas com poucas variações. A piscina poderia ser climatizada, pois nessa época do ano a água estava bem gelada. O bar da piscina poderia oferecer mais opções de lanches, porções e bebidas. Parte recreação muito legal. E música ao vivo tbm. Recomendo a hospedagem com certeza.

A estadia foi bom, quarto confortavel, limpeza diaria boa. O servico de wifi nao funciona, nem conte com isso. O secador de cabelo nao funcionou. O fornecimento de toalha para a piscina que funciona até as 21.00 ,as 18.00 não disponibilizaram mais toalhas, achei ruim isso também. A tv é pessimo a imagem também.

Hotel bem localizado em frente à praia de Taperapuan, café da manhã bom, cama muito confortável, quarto família espaçoso, piscinas ótimas. Amei tomar café de frente para piscina. Tivemos um problema com infiltração no teto do banheiro após chuva. Foi no último dia. Informei a equipe quando já estava fechado a reserva para vir embora. Ela que sinalizou que iria resolver. A área externa é bem bonita. Gostei da opção de jantar no hotel. 69,90 com buffet liberado.

Não recomendo e não voltaria

Não gostei, não recomendo e não voltaria. Eles dizem ser pé na areia mas não é, as fotos tiradas de cima enganam bastante, tem que atravessar uma avenida perigosa e a praia em frente não é boa. Meu quarto tinha uma gambiarra na pia que ficava molhando meu pé quando eu escovava os dentes, a pia é fora do banheiro e o cano é aberto, nunca tinha visto algo assim em nenhum hotel ou até mesmo casa de temporada. Mas sem dúvidas o pior era o atendimento do pessoal da recepção, tirando o gerente o restante te atendiam com má vontade, parece que não queriam estar ali trabalhando ou que estavam lhe fazendo um favor. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções mas ainda é ok. O salão de jogos fecha as 21 horas, ninguém fala porque, apenas fecham o salão e você não pode jogar mais, o que não faz sentido pois a recepção que é onde pega as itens fica aberta 24 horas. O toboagua na parte da piscina ficou fechado praticamente todos os dias, segundo eles estava em manutenção, quando abriram falaram que era apenas para crianças. Apesa de tudo, de todos os motivos citados o principal motivo pelo qual eu não voltaria é mal humor e falta de empatia dos funcionários principalmente os mais velhos da recepção, os mais novos eram educados, mas os mais velhos te atendiam nitidamente com uma má vontade.

O hotel estruturalmente muito bom. Porém deixou a desejar em vários aspectos. Atendo pacientes on-line, não consegui atender pela falta de estabilidade de internet. Perdi dinheiro não cumprindo minha agenda. O treinamento diz funcionários deixa a desejar, se houver algo fora do script da capacitação. Alimentação?Nem as frutas. Errei muito pq ainda voltarei por lá, pois agendei as minhas diárias em Porto Seguro lá. O que lamento muito, pois viajo o mundo e o Nordeste gosto muito desde estado, primeira vez que me decepcionou por tantos aspectos. Não volto mais e pior atendo pessoas e essas pessoas sempre me pede indicação. Esse não será uma indicação.

A estadia no hotel foi muito boa! Bom atendimento e cordialidade! A única questão a ressaltar é a foto no site! Pela foto tem-se a impressão que o hotel é pé na areia, quando na verdade a foto é do clube em frente ao hotel e é preciso atravessar a BR para acessar a praia! Não que isso tire a qualidade do hotel e do serviço, é apenas o que a foto vende!
