The staff was very friendly and helpful however we were asked to rent towels but if they were wet we had to pay 5 euros to get a dry one each time at the daily rate for this hotel I don’t think it’s normal.
Also the staff was extremely friendly and helpful except for one person in particular at the breakfast where we pays 14 euros each day , she asked all the clients to return our dirty strays after breakfast even though we said we voient carry anything due to shoulder injuries. She said we were obligated to do so in a nasty way. Other patrons near us complained to her also the lack of service and friendliness. In Adition when we asked for fruits in the buffet she said there were only spokes or oranges left refusing to bring up if the other fruits such as peaches or nectarines that were in very small quantity. Further when I couldn’t make the coffee machine work she came up and made a nasty comment while fixing it . Thais lack of service while we paid 14 euros per day for a breakfast isn’t appropriate for such a hotel at 450 euros per night.
