Personally i think it is under rated seems it can not be 3+ starts only due lack of AC in the rooms wgich i thi k is unnecessay

"This property is extremely well kept and close to beaches and trails. The breakfast is generous and could be improved with some protein options. Note there are no other food options offered other than breakfast. It was not busy mid-September. I was happy to support a local family business. "
