Perfect apartment.

Perfect apartment in very good place in Portsmouth. 15 min to the beach and 30 min to the city center by foot. Many shops and restaurants in the area. Free parking place is very important. We spent very good time in Portsmouth.

Don't Miss It, Book It.

The apartment was everything we expected, clean and tidy well presented, and fully fitted out with towels, crockery and cooking utensils all you needed was some food for the perfect stay. Off road parking was provided which was good as it didn't move for the whole of our stay, bus services to all the tourist attractions, shops and food outlets are all just 6 minutes walk away, and if you like walking the flats location is ideally located in southsea for a stroll along the prom and parks that stretch along the seafront

It could do with a bit of an update, part of hob did not function, dining chairs were uncomfortable, paint peeling away from bathroom window, lounge area was sparsely furnished. On the upside, bed was comfy, linen was nice and the shower worked well.

Perfect stay

Charlotte is an amazing host and very committed. Although there was a hickup when we arrived as another lady with similar name booked another apartment and arrived earlier so she and her family got the apartment I have booked, Charlotte sorted this issue within minutes and transferred us to another beautiful apartment in her house, which is closeby Lowcay Road. You have everything in the apartment, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, etc., well-equipped kitchen, even milk in the fridge for your coffee, of course, coffee pods for the coffe machine as well. TV with hundreds of channels, very comfortable beds, huge wardrobe and actually very airy rooms. I can only recommend her apartments!

Zentrale Lage. Jedoch war ich nicht in der Lage, das Thermostat der Heizung zu bedienen. Die Heizung ging immer wieder aus. Vermutlich lag es an meinem technischen Unwissen.

Convenient Location and well equipped apartment

Close to Albert Rd, quite a few nice local pubs and plenty of budget resturants to choose from. Great host, a bit of checking in issue but was swiftly solved by the host.
