"The property and the staff are great. Sometimes the other guest could be a little loud in the middle of the night, but it was the weekend."

"The overall cleanliness of my room was subpar. There was hair, caked up dust and trash in my bathroom. The tub was very slippery, myself and grandchildren slipped several times while bathing. Several chips were under and behind the chair by the bed. The room felt pretty crowded for it to be for 4 people. We booked this hotel primarily for indoor pool to which after we paid we were informed that the heater was broken so the pool was not going to be warm. The description of the room states there is a sofa bed but there was not. The photos didn't show one either. Most hotels have a microwave in the room this one did not. The rooms are stated to be family friendly however if you cannot heat up snacks in your room how is that family friendly? The smoke free rooms several people who were smoking Marijuana. Not only in the rooms but outdoors behind the ac unit aswell. Needless to say my overall stay was eeeehh. I will not book here again. "

"I would not recommend this hotel, and here's why: 💰 SURPRISE CHARGES The listing clearly showed a $50 pet deposit + $10 pet fee. I was charged $60 as a non-refundable fee — nearly double what was advertised. When I raised the concern, staff offered an apology but refused to correct the charge. I was in a rush for a business meeting and had no option but to pay. This is deceptive pricing, plain and simple. 🚧 ROOM QUALITY The room felt like it was still under construction: • No coffee machine • No blackout curtains — the room was uncomfortably bright at night • No carpet • Paper-thin walls — you can clearly hear noise from the corridor, neighboring rooms, and the parking lot 😤 STAFF Staff were unhelpful and dismissive. A hollow apology without any effort to resolve a legitimate billing discrepancy is not customer service. If you're considering this hotel — especially if you're traveling with a pet — read the fine print carefully and verify every charge before you sign anything. What's advertised online may not reflect what you'll actually pay."

"Room had not been renovated in some time and was not properly represented by the photos online. Neighboring rooms could be heard easily at normal speaking volumes and the dinging elevator could be heard down the hall from the room. The elevator was a bit shaking going up and down. The breakfast was okay, however the weekend hours started a bit later that I would have liked. The staff was very friendly though."
