"Great and beautiful hotel. This is our second time here. We just had a big problem with the water. One day It was raining and the water was dirty and brown black colour the whole day. They could not fix it because the electric problem. We didn't receive any discount on the total bill instead, we were told that we would get compensation the next time we visited the hotel. Who knows if I’ll ever come back? I want compensation right now for the aggravation. But we got nothing. So that was our bed experience. But the food is delicious, The variety of restaurants is wonderful, and naturally, they all offer a great and delicious selection. The pools are stunning, and everything is spotless."

"The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. Plenty of parking space. Good AC. Great rooms and view. The buffet staff and front desk staff could be nicer. But other than that it was an okay stay. I would give it 3.5-4/5."
