"Great location and the room was fine for the price, but customer service is AWFUL! Never saw anyone working the desk the entire time. Checkin was a NIGHTMARE! Locked out of the hotel. Couldn't get a hild of anyone. Had to download and istall Whatsapp to even get in the door. Took a hood half hour just to get in the building and get to our room....after a looooong day of travel. Not cool!"
