VERGOGNATEVI mi chiedete come è andata in una struttura chiusa da sette mesi antecedenti la mia prenotazione per di più pagata immediatamente con carta di credito all'atto della richiesta (io ho prenotato per il 24 agosto u.s. e la struttura era chiusa da febbraio con tanti disagi provocati).

Très déçu!!!

J'ai eu une confirmation de réservation qui ne mentionnait aucunement que nous devions les appeler pour avoir une confirmation oral en plus d'écrite. J'ai appelé le jour d'arrivée, envoyer un sms mais pas de réponse. Arrivés devant il n'y avait personne. Nous avons dû trouvé autrechose à 22h... Cauchemar
