"Due to weather connecting flight was missed, so we missed a day. Hotel manager did not consider to waive for one day. Plus we spend five hours playing with thermostat and was hot inside AC never cooled it. Finally, we called help desk and tech came and manually turned on AC and said yes that thermostat do not work. If it was not working why there was no sign for indication."

"I have stayed at this hotel a half of a dozen times in the past year as it is close to my aging father. The staff is always friendly and accomodating. I love the size of the rooms, the comfort of the beds functional kitchen with a full sized fridge!
