On arrival, staff were welcoming and pleasant. Room was comfy but needing some TLC from maintenance. No towels so had to call down to reception, then later that evening we noticed no toiletries, tea of coffee. Informed reception who said they’d look into it but nothing….not even an apology! Luckily ...

While the room we had was clean and tidy, the general appearance seemed 'tired'. For example the laminate covering on the bedside table had blistered making it uneven. The bathroom was clean but the finishing needed to be redone, for example the sealant on the bath.
