"We cannot thank Darko and the team enough, and especially the morning breakfast staff. What an absolute gem of a hotel. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly and they made me and my friend feel very welcome from beginning to end. The spa is also such a treat. We came for Mountain Music Festival, and so because of this, the hotel extended the time for breakfast which is, in my opinion, going above and beyond!
Thanks a lot guys :)"
"To start with, the hotel is located on a hill above the center and the lake, approximately a 15-minute walk from the central plaza. In return, the hotel is far from noise and crowds. The lobby area is well-proportioned and nicely designed.
We are a family of four, and we were upgraded to PH-level rooms. The main floor has a kitchen equipped with all utensils and other essentials, a dining table, a seating area, and a modern bathroom. The bedroom with cabinets is located on the upper floor. The beds are quite comfortable, and everything is well maintained and clean. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool with showers and a sauna. There is also a gym which we haven't used. The breakfast is a self-serve buffet with an extraordinary choice of food, fruit, and desserts. The only thing we didn't like is that smoking is allowed in the lounge area. We watched the FIFA World Cup finals with our children, and everyone around us was smoking. We understand it's a local custom, and we wouldn't mind if there was an alternative place to watch the broadcast."
"Don’t be fooled by the exterior - this hotel is unbelievable on the inside. Room was clean and comfortable and modern. Staff were amazing - very friendly!! Walkable to city center and great food and cafes. Attached to main bus station which made exploring surrounding areas a breeze!!"
"The room was well cleaned and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. We had trouble with the water heater and the reception sent someone to fix the issue promptly. They were also extremely helpful when my son had an accident at the pool."
