"We’ve stayed at the Avenue Inn several times over the years, and it has always been consistent, clean, and a good value. Yes, it’s a motel, and no, it’s not the fanciest place in town. Sometimes the carpet can be a little worn, but the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed enough for a solid stay. It gives you exactly what you’d expect from a motel experience: nothing fancy, but dependable. If you’re looking for a reasonable place in a good part of town, with parking and rooms clean enough to make a picky person happy, this place delivers. We’d stay here again."
