"Apartment is inside old town. With luggages is difficult to lugged there with cobblestone road. And unit was 2nd floor and more luggings. Driving into oldtown to minimise walks to apt has to be careful of ZTL and narrrow steets. Car park was €12 per nite and is long walk from apt in old town. Staff were friendly and helpful but location of apt is a real deterent."

"Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was two twin boxsprings pushed together with very flat pillows. It was like sleeping on plywood. There was alot of street noise plus the windows were very dirty. Breakfast was good. Overall, not worth the money."

"This place was perfect for us! Located just outside Orvieto’s west entrance it was a very convenient walk to access the town with the added plus of a free and safe parking spot for our rental car on site. Fausto was a wonderful host who lives nearby thus was able to meet us in at check-in and was very responsive to communications both before and during our stay. We enjoyed the covered outdoor eating area with views over the valley. The apartment itself is beautiful with lovely antiquities reflecting the history of the building. The woodwork is stunning. "The resort is very beautiful and lots to do for a relaxing couple of days. Everything was clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was amazing! So many options. We also had dinner at their restaurant, would recommend reservations, the food was excellent and so was the atmosphere. "
