"The room was very dirty. The first room smelled terrible because of the bathroom. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain There was mold on the wall. The toilet and shower did not look clean. The key to open the room was broken. I asked to move to another room, and they changed it for me. Unfortunately, the second room was still not very clean.
