Beautiful pool area amidst a lush garden. Walking distance from rue d’Antibes and near bistros, cafes, restaurants and shops.

"After staying in a boutique hotel in Paris, the room was large and spacious. We had a balcony facing the Mediterranean which was an added bonus. Yhe cleaning staff took care of our room daily and the bar on site was very nice to have. Check- in is 3 pm. They will hold your bags if you arrive early. The promenade is acrisssthe highway with seating, rental bikes and restaurants. There are restaurants galore near the hotel."

"La Villa Promenade was the perfect location to stay for our time in Nice. Convenient access to the airport by tram, and train to Monaco as well. "Helpful staff at reception. Great location, only a short walk from the train station and tram station. Plus there is a supermarket next door. The room is bright and modern. The bed and pillows are comfortable. However the bathroom is poorly designed. The toilet is in a separate room from the sink and shower. Also, the shower leaks out into the bathroom.
