It’s in a very good location really easy to get around. The check in was easy and we were even able to check in early. We did have to call for some assistance and they were very helpful on the phone. The room was nice, very clean, and modern. Overall a 10/10 stay

Extremely convenient location - within short walking distance to major tourist attractions, shopping and transportation. Apartment was well appointed very clean and quite spacious with everything that was needed for our stay. For planning purposes if you have late flights - check out is quite early and no on site luggage storage.

Good central location just a short distance to a metro station. Able to walk to most of the key sights fairly easily. Communications were good from the provider. Only issue was the elevator which was under repairs. They did make a different one available the next day (one that’s normally not for guests). All in all, would recommend.

Our flight was super delayed that we arrived at the apartment at 2 am. I like it that the apartment has 24-hr access. The pillows were nice and firm and the toilet paper was thick. Location was great also! Metro A at Mustek stop was right beside it, and close to Wenceslas Square and Old Town. We will choose Crown Palace again. And customer service was very helpful. They always responded.

The room was clean. There was silverware and dishes available for 3 people. The kitchenette was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was really big and clean. We loved our stay here.

We really like the place and the location is perfect. There’s alot of people down the street but you can’t hear them in the room. The toilet has bidet which got me excited, but sad to say it did not work. To that I give 4 stars instead of 5. And also make sure to check in ahead of time and not like me waited until we got to the place and wasn’t able to get in right away, because we have to wait for them to process.

The stay was perfect from start to finish. The staff was lovely, even allowing for early check-in as the room was ready. We adored the exquisite details of mixed materials in the building, classical structure with a modern twist, and the views on both levels!! The hotel is the middle of everything yet still quiet and having the Christmas Bazaars right outside our door was magical. A 7 minute walk to the Old City and everything in-between was delightful. Stay here for the magic!

Opposite the Metro and inside the shopping centre. It has two entrances, only 1 is 24/7. The building guard was very rude and unhelpful. It would benefit from better arrival information. Room was very clean, spacious, great location, great amenities. Great value, I could not fault it apart from the access. But once you know how to get in it’s fine and it’s the buildings fault not the apartment owner. I’d definitely stay again. Much better than expected.
