Excellent customer service, great location, spacious room. Can’t want for more. The staff contucted us before arrival, arranged the transfer from the airport, asked several times during the stay if we needed anything.

A warm welcome and a perfect location

We had some wonderful days in Prague, staying at Charles Bridge Residence. Like the name says, it´s located right next to Charles Bridge, a perfect place to start exploring the city. The hotel has only seven rooms, so it´s quiet and personal. We had a warm welcome by Tatiana and the check-in was very thorough. The room was big, clean, had nice beds and good wifi. The breakfast was in a café across the street. A nice place, but the service was a bit slow. You get to choose from a breakfast menu, but we would have appreciated a regular breakfast buffet instead. Although, the breakfast was tasty. Overall, a great place to stay!

Good location

The location is good I can walk from the hotel to charles bridge in 5mins . Staff also nice and helpfull. Big luggage may be got a bit troble because there are no elevator.

Good value

We had a very nice stay here. The location was excellent, the room clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. We took some points off because of the steep climb of the stairs (no elevator), no air conditioning, and rather minimalistic amenities. However, I think that it is a good value for the money.

Amazingly friendly staff who went the extra mile

This hotel is an absolute gem, made all the more brilliant by the amazing staff. The Charles Bridge Residence is located only a matter of yards away from the hustle and bustle of the Charles Bridge itself, but once inside it was extremely quiet and private. The staff really went the extra mile, from offering an airport pickup (not free but at a good rate), recommending restaurants and activities, being available 24/7 for any issues, and even gave us the room for the entire day on the day we checked out. Additionally, they noticed from my girlfriend's passport that it was her birthday on the Saturday and left a bottle of champagne in our room with their compliments. The room was very large for the price paid and the free breakfast at Bohemia Bagel each morning made the deal even sweeter. I certainly hit the jackpot with this hotel.

Very good location.

Stuff was very helful and friendly, room clean and comfy. Breakfast across the street was decent too. The only downside was that we could hear other visitors walking on the stairs after entering the hotel. Guess this is how the building itself was constructed.

Nice place in Praha

I stayed with my family. Room is very clean and enough space to stay 2 adults and 2 kids. Hotel staff is very kind and help us to enjoy the vacation in Praha. All things are comfortable for us. Hotel manager pre-communicated closely with me and prepare our stay perfectly. This is my first visit to Praha, and I could enjoy our stay with whole family in this hotel. 家族で利用しました。観光地の中心にありとても便利なホテルですタッフも日中常駐しており、何かあってもすぐに親切に対応してもらえました。部屋もとても綺麗なので非常に快適に過ごすことができました。

Wonderful Location

We had a very comfortable stay with a nice choice of breakfast to look forward to each morning. Thank you to Michael and his staff for looking after us so well. Our room was spotless and the shower superb. The location of this hotel is perfect in regards to sightseeing, dining and especially the closeness to Charles Bridge.

Un cadre de rêve

Un Hotel installé dans une vieille demeure typique extrêmement bien rénovée. Un accueil complet et agréable. Petit déjeuner servi dans un restaurant en face de l'hôtel. Le vrai plaisir est de pouvoir profiter du Pont St Charles tôt le matin : ca n'a pas de prix !

Una estancia familiar muy agradable

Maravillosa sorpresa fue este hotel, con un excelente precio para una ciudad tan explotada como Praga, con una habitación amplísima y a un paso realmente del puente, lo cual le da excelente conexión a cualquiera de los sitios de interés de la ciudad y a todos los servicios de transporte. El personal es muy bueno, en especial la joven Michal quien se esmera por disponer lo mejor para sus huéspedes. Nadie se va a arrepentir de la decisión en especial si se viaja con familia.

カレル橋の雑踏を…

こちらの口コミにはお世話になったので、私も何か書いてみることにしました。ここはすぐ横のカレル橋に続く、超賑やかな通りに面したアパートメント・ホテルです。フロントはありません。その通りを見下ろすスタンダード・ダブルに泊まりました。地下鉄マロストランスカの駅を左に出て、大きな通りを右へ… 後は真っ直ぐ行ってカレル橋に出ても、右から行って一つ目を左に行っても、5分程でレジデンスのあるモステツカー通りに出ます。入り口は扉一つで、横にレジデンスの名前のある呼び鈴ボタンがあります。私が到着したのはチェックイン時間内でしたが、暫く呼んでも誰も出て来ません！私は事前にメールで様々なオーダーをし、直前まで丁寧な返信を貰っていたので、呼び鈴の下に書いてある番号に電話して名前を言うと、直ぐに降りてゆくと言われ、笑顔でホテルの方が迎えてくれました。結局、呼び鈴が機能してません。まあ欧州ではこういう事は度々あって想定内。部屋からの眺め・広さ・ベッド・テーブル・ミニ冷蔵庫・セイフ・清潔感・水廻り・無料Wi-Fi、何も文句ありません。床は板張りで、ある程度は足音やきしみがあります。建物内の足音等は多少聞こえますが、私には全く気になりませんでした。渋谷の交差点くらい混んでる、カレル橋から流れてくる人の波を眺められて楽しいです。昼間はもちろん騒がしいですが、三つあって明るく大きな窓は二重になっており、それなりに遮音しています。夜は騒がしい事はありません。ヒーターは説明受けましたが、時期的に冷房はチェックし忘れました。どの部屋もシャワーのみだそうで、しょうもないシャワールームも多い中、ガラスドアがぴったり閉まり、バスルームが水浸しになる事はないです。レジデンス内に食堂は無く、向かいのベーグルの店で朝食をいただきます。ここが中々美味しい店で、8種類のバリエーションからベーグル料理を選びます。 10月終わりの利用で、混んで待つ様な事はありませんでした。向かいに21時までのスーパー、更にお土産店・レストラン・トラムの駅1分で、何も困りません。エレベーターが無いので荷物は自力覚悟で。私は日本式2階の部屋で幸運でした。ご家族経営のようで、スタッフは一番上のルーム8に常駐しています。私も何度か質問に訪れ、とても親切丁寧に説明を受けました。 1階奥に荷物を預かるストアルームがあり、専用の鍵を受け取って荷物を自分でしまい、鍵を持ったまま出掛けて、その鍵でホテルのドアを開けて荷物を引き取り、ブラックボックスに鍵を返しておいとまします。日本人には色々な意味で快適でしょう。
