My stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They were incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making my stay as comfortable as possible. Whether it was assistance with recommendations, directions, or just a friendly conversation, the service was flawless. I didn’t want to leave! During my stay, I decided to book a facial at Kosmetika Světlana Němcová, which was conveniently located within walking distance from the hotel. The short walk was pleasant and added to the overall experience of exploring the city. Upon arriving at Svetlana’s studio, I was welcomed with the same level of care I had experienced at the Cosmopolitan. The facial itself was incredible—by far the best I’ve ever had. Svetlana’s attention to detail was outstanding, and she took her time to ensure my skin was treated exactly as it needed. The products she used were top-quality, and her technique was gentle yet highly effective. My skin has never looked or felt better—smooth, glowing, and rejuvenated. If you’re planning a stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague, I highly recommend adding a visit to Kosmetika Světlana Němcová to your itinerary. The seamless experience between the two made my trip unforgettable.

Convenient to train station . Easy walk or take Bolt for $5 us . Great Italian restaurant … 3 min walk . The staff was great and I was able to get a later check out . It was very helpful and gave me time to dry off ( lots of rain ). They had umbrellas to use . Sasha was really helpful and spoke great English . Would recommend . Has coffee / espresso machine …. Staff service was fantastic too to bottom and the rooms are large and quiet. Downsides are the shower has a tiny half door and it is nearly impossible to shower without getting water everywhere. Also the parking is a challenge. There is very little public parking available and no designated area to temporarily park while you check in or to drop luggage.

Absolutely stunning hotel exceptionally clean. The stuff are very pleasant and make you feel welcome. The facilities are excellent. The hotel is in walking distance of all the main Stunning locations you can visit . That is a shopping centre five minutes walk away and a Wonderful Korean fusion restaurant called Numaru just around the corner . No need to take any toiletries as they are provided in the room the beds are exceptionally comfy and the air-conditioning can be adjusted to your taste . I will definitely Making a visit To this hotel again. Also, if it helps try to download the Bolt app for a very reasonable taxi service, which will come straight to your door and take you to anywhere Enjoy your holiday if you choose this hotel, I’m sure you will

I genuinely cannot give one bad point about this hotel other than a mistake that i made on my side, in your room you get a small peice of paper that you can choose you breakfast, even with breakfast included i decided to fill it out and put it on the door and i didnt realise that its for the breakfast to be brought to you, so i paid for room service breakfast even though i had it included already so i had 2 breakfasts, wish it had told me that that is what it was but it is also my fault for not reading and understanding it properly…. But the hotel itself is so nice, the reception staff are so helpful and kind and you can also book activities in the city through them, the food is amazing and the rooms are so well done and they come round every day to fix your rooms up and do a great job 10 times out of 10. The beds are reallllllyyyy comfortable slept like a baby, the bathrooms are really clean and the shower ok, for me the shower was abit small so if your a big man or woman and u have a bath shower(you stand in a bath and have the shower) i would look for a walk in shower in a different room, also great location its a 10 minute walk from the astronomical clock and the old town square (beautiful place). Overall 10 out of 10 hotel would definitely reccomend and when i come back to prague i will be booking with the cosmopolitan 👍

Very nice hotel with a great and reasonably priced restaurant. Staff was very helpful. Only thing is that you are a good 20 minute walk from most of the major sites of Prague.

We had a great experience at the Cosmopolitan. The location is perfect and a walk away from the old town square and all major sites. Prague was facing a heat wave at the time and the room did get a little warm but unfortunately due to a law they could only bring the air down to 7 degrees below the outdoor temperature. Overall we had a great stay and the staff were very nice and helpful. I’d also recommend the next door restaurant at the hotel. It was amazing and some of the best food we’ve ever ate. We’d would definitely stay there again.
