We had a lovely time at the EA Aparthotel Melantrich. We chose a top room floor with a walk up balcony to the rooftop. The view was amazing. Checking in/out was easy with pleasant clerks. Housekeeping was always around during the day. There is radiator heating and wall hung AC. We had read there wasn’t an elevator but were happy to find that there was one. The area is a high traffic tourist zone with lots of restaurants and shops. It felt very safe. The subway and trams are just steps away. If staying in Prague again we will definitely be back.

Excellent location in a main square of Prague. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, pubs and cafes. It's loud in the square until at least 4 am so If you don't mind the sound of a busy city then it's perfect location. No AC so you do have to sleep with the windows open but they did provide a fan. The washroom drains had a musty Grey water smell but overall the stay was very pleasant

We had chosen staying in this hotel especially thanks to its location, the apartment was spacious and well equipped, we were pleased by the opportunity to use the terrace on the building roof. Generally we were satisfied a lot. Our only recommendation for an improvement would be to repair some minor defects and damage to room equipment.

Outstanding!!

Outstanding service!! We were in touch with the hotel before the visit and during our stay due to several delays in our flights schedule. They were super responsive, patience, extremely flexible and welcoming. They took care of every request we had. The location is just perfect, the apartment is clean and spacious and value for money was the best! We would defiantly come back!

Great location , bad stay

We have booked 2 apartments for 2 families. somehow they didn't save it for us and arranged one big apartment and another small one. which made our stay complicated. In addition, no air conditioning, only one fan for 4 room apartment. I have asked for more it took one day to arrange it, the team is good, but there are some team members there that have no idea what is service. there are 3 guys that helped us alot when they were in the shift. location is great.

Bad hotel/apartment

Location is best. Found insects / spiderwebs in the room, have complained at reception but no one came to fix the issue. Beds are very hard and springs are coming out from mattress. Clogged bath tub.fungal in the fridge.Damaged floor. Will not recommend to stay at that hotel. Very old hotel needs total renovation as everything is old.
