The hotel had a wonderful "classic" atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. My room was also very nice and clean, however the curtains unfortunately were quite thin, so the room was bright during the night. It's recomended to bring a sleeping mask if one prefers the room to be dark in order to sleep better.

Nice place

I always enjoy my stay. I've been 3-4 times when I'm in Prague. It's a great place, good staff and services, and pretty comfy. I'm not crazy about the bathrooms (elevated tubs, a little dangerous climbing in and out, and serious lack of hanging hooks for towels and clothing). Room and bed is good. A little dated but outlets are at least near the bed.

Great value, would recommend staying here

Great hotel and appropriate for the price. Service was great, particularly since they spoke English. Breakfast was varied and good, room was comfortable overall, and the hotel was conveniently located near a metro station.

Lovely charming hotel

This was my second stay at the Fleur des Lis. I am returning to stay in the hotel in October. This is a lovely small hotel in Vinohradská, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Prague. The staff here are so nice and so helpful. I highly recommend it.

Only one negative and that is the lack of a real bar area. Everything else was excellent. I would definitely stay here again in future. Great staff, wonderful breakfast with extensive choice and great transport links. 12 minutes into old town by team! Loved it as dud my friends.

Very nice stylish hotel, well located in a nice suburb of Prague. Close to public transport and a shopping complex. Very helpful staff. The only negative thing was that the android TV didn't work properly on Czech channels. It was known but couldn't be fixed.

Comfortable Hotel.

The Hotel is very cosy and well maintained.Staff are very helpful and were very nice to us especialy Vlada which she helped us a lot . The buffet Breakfast was very tasty and with a good choice . The room was very spascious and also with lot of tv stations to choose from. There is also metro line A around the Block,to take you to city center in a few minutes which is very convenient. I do not suggest coming with a car unless you want to visit out of Prague.We asked the hotel staff to book the car space for us,otherwise it would have been very expensive . The only negative thing was that the bath was to high to enter and get out of it, and the cleaning of the room was not done properly during our stay (example the floor) But towels where always clean when we needed to change them. Also if you put another sheet on the bed will be more convenient.

The front desk staff is very courteous. The breakfast is excellent. The room is nice and roomy. Only thing is the bathtub, as mentioned by others. It’s really tall so climbing in and out one has to be very careful. I advise elderly people to avoid it because you can easily slip and fall. Another thing is that, like some other European hotels, the hallway and staircase are pitch dark. There are no motion sensor lights. We have to turn on our cell phone light to navigate. The hotel is located in sort of nowhere. So the price is reasonable. We took an Uber back from Old Town and it cost about $10. From the hotel to airport is $25. Because Uber is cheap, it’s worthwhile to live at this hotel for the price, because you can Uber everywhere. It does take about 15 mins to Old Town though. Overall a nice stay.
