The property was up to expectation. The staff, Patrik and Lucie, were very helpful and pleasant, they both spoke English and were very knowledgeable. We loved every minute of our stay. GREAT PLACE!!!

Well located hotel. Walkable to all main attractions and shops. Very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and enough verities to choose from. In general it was good stay. The furniture, bed in particular was very old and worn out.

Awesome breakfast, parking in parking garage for additional 30 Euros (very narrow to get inside of garage), we booked the antique rooms which were nice, walk to old town with lots of shops and restaurants.

Great base for exploring Prague, overall great value stay. Everything was easy to reach by walking. Lots of shops and places to eat close by. Very friendly staff šŸ˜ŠOnly downside from our stay was the shower. They are quite loud when in use, drainage wasn't great so water was sitting & taking a while to drain. A little more TLC was needed when cleaning the tiles in the shower cubicle.

This property is old and dated. Although the pictures may look ā€œvintageā€ and the property has a high rating, staying there was a very subpar experience. The AC technically works, but makes an annoying noise which disturbs sleep. When I asked the manager about it, they said it was common and that they were switching them out slowly. The tub was flooding from taking a normal shower, which is unhygienic and gross. The furniture was falling apart. And although itā€™s dishonestly rated as a high star property, when I mentioned the hotel to locals, they said it was comparable to a budget/seedy hotel. They need to do better and stop using platforms like Expedia to lure unsuspecting tourists there. Shame on you!
