I arrived for a five night stay. The accomadation was very large and clean,very quiet at night even though we were right next to the charles bridge. The staff were excellent and so was the breakfast buffet. I give it 5 stars.

we loved this hotel. outstanding service, great breakfast, comfortable and quiet room, steps from Charles bridge. our only problem was a step down from room when going to bathroom that was easy to miss. it was short step so no falls. Still, we loved this place and highly recommend it.

This was one of the best stays in all of my travels. What a great hotel! Perfectly situated at one end of the Charles Bridge, so walking distance to all major historical sites. The hotel was charming, beautifully appointed, with large rooms and bathrooms. The staff was outstanding! So helpful with suggestions for restaurants, assistance with train travel, and just plain friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Prague.

Amazing property, beautiful rooms with great bathroom. Everything clean and spotless. The location is just amazing right over the charle’s bridge and close to the old town square , city centre ans a lot of attractions. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The restaurants have amazing food and service, the crepery is just out out of this world, best crepes ever. The leave you chocolate on the room among other complementary gifts which is a great perk. I would definitely stay here over and over. They help you with anything you need. The breakfast is delicious, great variety and food options.

This was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location no doubt. The service was very good and the food at the breakfast was excellent. They have a nice indoor seating and an outdoor with the view of the Lesser Tower. The room was spacious and very comfortable. They have the main building and the additional building with more rooms. I stay in the secondary building, but it was a short few steps down that street.
