"The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time."

"Place was old. Website indicated parking garage, upon arrival no parking available and no information was given that parking your car reservation is required before arrival. Terrible communication. I will not recommend this place for anyone to stay."

"Good location and very helpful staff. However my single room was very small, and the shower annexe almost too small to enter. Minimal storange space and no bedside light. Good breakfast helped, but really too cramped."

"The copacabana in general is old, and also this hotel shows it. While we received an ocean view room, the paintwork and chalking showed it abuse by time. I would rate this the same as a mid tier European hotel in France or Italy. The breakfast was good and the bellman was helpful. Would I stay here again? Yes…but only if I needed to stay at the copacabana. We stayed at Ipanema earlier and that is our personal preference."

Tive um problema no check-in, por alguma má comunicação do hotel com o site, não conseguiam localizar a minha reserva, me incomodou um pouco o staff me deixar de lado e atender a longa fila de pessoas atrás de mim ao invés de resolver meu problema, acabei ficando nervosa com a situação, pois o hotel não localizava minha reserva a qual eu mostrava o comprovante e recibo de pagamento e disseram não ter um canal direto com a expedia,...

"We had a pleasant stay at Novotel Leme in Rio de Janeiro. The hotel is beautiful, with a stylish and comfortable lobby and common areas. The location is excellent, in a quiet area close to Copacabana. The rooms are nicely designed, but the cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We did not try the breakfast, but the buffet looked delicious and offered a great variety of options. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars....

"3 night stay and each of the 3 mornings i was disturbed by staff. Day one a guy is attempting to replace the batteries in the door key card at 0755. Day 2 drilling and machinery to fix the broken lift at 0745 and Day 3 maid wanted to clean the room at 0800. Asked on checkout if I used the minibar in the room. What mini bar, 4 bottles of water in a fridge is nota minibar"
