Pontos negativos: o prédio ainda está em construção e havia barulho e funcionários de obra nas garagens e varandas, chuveiro muito fraco e vazamento embaixo da pia. Ganhamos 15% de estorno pelos transtornos, mas ainda assim fica o ponto negativo pois a propriedade não deveria alugar um apto com obras acontecendo no local, isso foi um descaso com o cliente."

"Limpeza do quarto e demais dependências do hotel estavam impecáveis, assim como o café da manhã, tudo gostoso e fresquinho. Porém tive apenas um problema com o banheiro, que não tinha boa vedação da porta do box, o que causou um alagamento na parte externa do box."
