"A nice hotel. Comfortable with lots of space. I think most rooms have good views of the Alps. Location is close to Brig downtown and walkable to the train station."

"What a wonderful hotel. Room was lovely and spacious, with balcony overlooking the town and mountains. Beds were comfortable. Quick walk to train station and Glacier Express. Breakfast was plentiful, however eggs and bacon were cold, otherwise lovely stay."

"Excellent stay at hotel De Londres in Brig, with great location that is in the center of the city and close to the train station. Breakfast is heavenly and healthy. Staffs are very helpful. Note that sometimes pre-stay queries/questions were not answered. I was considering whether to change my booking from 2 linked-rooms to another 2 linked rooms that was cheaper and my inquiry regarding disable-friendliness of the other (cheaper) room was not answered. However, we're not disappointed by my decision to stay with the more expensive room since it's close to the lobby and breakfast room. Note that the lobby and breakfast room are on 2nd floor since there's a restaurant/pub in the same building on the first floor. Noise from the pub below during our Friday-Saturday stay was manageable although my mom's quite sensitive (she couldn't use ear plugs). The first 2 linked-rooms mentioned above only available through Hotels.com while the other (cheaper) 2 linked-rooms is available through directly booking with the hotel itself. I guess it's special :-). We love hotel De Londres. Note that stores are closed on Sundays in Brig, including supermarkets but we found a few economical options for food (Royal Kebab, we love you!). Zenhausers supermarket in the train station is open on Sunday."

"Chambre propre avec une vue sur les montagnes. Il faisait très chaud et il n’y avait pas de climatisation donc un petit ventilateur aurait été apprécié. La réception ouvre seulement à partir de 14:30."

"This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. Staff super friendly, helpful, and present. Lots of options for breakfast. Hotel in a quiet area, but like I said with easy transport to train station. Nice running path along the river. Fitness room had foam rollers which were amazing to loosen up muscles after long days of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you!"
