"The facility and staff more than satisfactorily met my expectations. However as a handicapped person I experience things that pass by the average customer. Due to the floor of the bathtub not having the proper grip, I was forced to grab the curtain rod and improve my balance by gripping the top of the tiles that rim the shower stall."
