"Convenient location in Okpo, clean and tidy. Front desk staff very helpful.
FSR bus pick up by front door for Hanwha yard workers (not main gate).
Only complaint would be poor choice at breakfast - although it was inclusive in my room rate."

"This is nice place to stay, if you continue down the main road you will find restaurants, Lotte Mart and coffee places within 8 minutes from the hotel. The people who work there are wonderful and are very friendly. Definitely will be back. "
"The staff has great communication and is very accommodating. I told them I was checking in late and they sent me the information needed to access my room and other directions. Housekeeping was good and left everything that I needed since we woke up after cleaning hours. Blanket was very comfortable and room was in good order. The hotel has a chicken burger restaurant on the floor of the main street. "

"They should provide bath size towels free! I saw many foreign visitors staying there, we don’t typically use hand towels to dry after shower or bath. When I asked for it, they charged for each bath towel! Hope they would improve the service."
